To ensure you have a great visit, please take a few minutes to review the following and let us know immediately if there is anything that needs our attention.

• Door Code: You will receive a text at 1pm on the day of check-in.
• TV: It’s a Roku Smart TV, so you can log on with your own streaming info.
• Trash Dumpster: Check the Digital Guest Guide

Get Your Vacation Started

We provide the following: 

• Bathroom supplies: towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer.
• Kitchen supplies: Keurig coffee maker, K-cups, creamer, sugar, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap. Enough for 6 people.
• Fully stocked kitchen with plates, utensils, and glasses for 6 people.
• Fire Pit: We provide wood. You’ll find it stacked next to the kayaks.
• Outdoor toys: Kayaks, canoe, Jon boat, and life jackets for boats.
• Floating dock: Be sure and untie the rope from the ladder.
• BBQ grill: Bring your own charcoal or you can buy it at the nearby Dollar General.

During Your Visit

• Ensure that your friends and family abide by all House Rules (located outside cabin door).
• Wash off sand or mud prior to entering cabin.
• Smoking in cabins and on the wooden deck is prohibited. Smoking is only permitted around the small fire pit and a trash can is provided for cigarette butts.
• Grills, fireworks, and all flammable items are absolutely prohibited on the wooden deck.
• Do not move BBQ grills.
• Candle burning is prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed.
